Panacomps provides real estate intelligence reports for properties in Panama City, including comparable sales data sourced from Panama's Registro Público (public property registry). Reports are delivered digitally and typically within 2–3 business days of order placement.
All property data is sourced from publicly available records in Panama's official property registry. While we strive for accuracy, Panacomps does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of registry data. Reports are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as formal appraisals or legal advice.
Payment is required at the time of order. If we are unable to fulfill a report (e.g., no recorded sales exist for the requested building), a full refund will be issued. Once a report has been delivered, refunds are not available.
All content on the Panacomps website, including text, graphics, logos, and report formats, is the property of Panacomps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchased reports may be used for personal or professional decision-making but may not be resold or redistributed.
Panacomps shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports or services. Our reports do not constitute financial, legal, or real-estate advice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
